Sambhaw Group was founded in 2020 with a simple idea: businesses shouldn’t have to juggle multiple partners to get the funding, the workforce, and the construction expertise they need to grow.

What started as ” a small manpower consultancy in Bhagalpur “ has grown into a multi-disciplinary firm serving clients across workforce deployment, workforce deployment, and construction. Along the way, we’ve stayed true to the values we started with transparency, reliability, and a genuine commitment to the people and projects we work with.
