Mrs. Anupma Bharti is the Chairperson & Managing Director of SAMBHAW , a visionary leader committed to creating meaningful employment opportunities, empowering people, and contributing to India’s economic and social development.

Born in Samastipur, Bihar, Anupma Bharti comes from a family that values education, discipline, dedication, and professional integrity. She completed her Postgraduate studies in Psychology from Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga, Bihar.

Her academic background in Psychology has helped shape her understanding of human behaviour, interpersonal relationships, individual potential, and the importance of people in building successful organisations.

She is the daughter of Mr. Ram Lochan Ram, a Civil Engineer, and Mrs. Veena Devi, a homemaker. The values of hard work, responsibility, determination, and family commitment have been important influences in her journey.

Anupma Bharti founded Sambhaw in 2020 with a clear purpose: to give businesses a single, dependable partner for capital, workforce, and construction.

Under her leadership, the company has grown from a humble beginning, e.g., “a small team in Bhagalpur” into a multi-sector firm serving 100+ clients across All Over INDIA.
